Description and labeling
Evaporators with forced air circulation are designed for installation on dry Freon systems. It is designed for installation in cold chambers which temperature ranges are from -25 ° C to +5 ° C.
The evaporator block is made of copper tubes (∅ 14 mm) arranged in corridor order (45 x 45) and aluminum fins with step of 6 or 8 mm. Mechanically expanded copper tubes achieved excellent contact between the tube and the fin. After making the evaporator block, it is cleaned of dirt and greasy and than tested with nitrogen at a pressure of 30 bar. Evaporator box is made of aluminum or plasticized aluminum.
On request We can add electric heaters for melting of the frost. These heaters are located in the evaporator block. In the case of application in chambers with air temperature of -25 ° C to -10 ° C is recommended to use an additional pair of heaters, which are stored in evaporator box. Evaporator axial fan is equipped with a protective net.
Fan motors are built as single phase to protect class IP44 and insulation class B. They are designed for operation in ambient temperatures from -50 ° C to +50 ° C.
